I don't know where this is from but it's bloody fantastic. An OTT evening gown with motorcycle boots. Excellent.
The new and ever evolving wishlist.

Believe it or not the time has come around again that Romance Was Born has released their new season lookbook (it feels like yesterday that I was blogging about the last one...)
It looks like this time designers Luke Sales and Anna Plunkett have taken a little inspiration from the Asian continent using motifs such as pandas, oriental flowers, leopard and peacock print and even shoes resembling dragon trains. Individually, the pieces are phenomenal, and it looks like the designers have finally taken heed of comments that their previous collections have been "beautiful, but unwearable every day." This collection is a massive step for them, and no doubt it will see the label progress into a more known and worn line of fashion alongside names such as Jeremy Scott and Ksubi. My prediction - collections like this will lead the pair to open a store, eventually.

Just some photos of the team chilling at the Chatswood store for the VIP night which was busy busy busy... love everyone's outfits so thought I might post them. There's also a few photos of pieces of my wish and love list... I go photo mad when it's quiet in the morning!
To mark ID magazine's 30th anniversary they've pulled in the big guns... Abbey Lee Kershaw, Kate Moss, Kanye West, and Dree Hemingway to be precise. In ALK's shoot, 'DISARM', photographed by David Bailey, stylist Charlotte Stockdale explores the prospect of the future of fashion through avant garde pieces, abstract underwear and full frontal nudity. All in all, it's wonderful, and I'm absolutely buying that issue.
